Julia DeCastro

Julia DeCastro joined the Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty Team as Property Manager for Lakewood Ranch Main Street in January of 2009. Her extensive work history and background have taken Julia through many levels of residential and commercial real estate sales, from single property leasing to management at regional levels. Originally from Washington, D.C. and later relocating to Houston, Texas, Julia worked as a Regional Sales Director for two of the nation’s top development companies. Her responsibilities included overseeing 20 plus employees and over 3,000 units with combined annual revenues in excess of twenty million dollars. After accepting a position as Sales Manager with a local condominium developer, Julia relocated to beautiful Sarasota with her husband and two small children in March of 2003. Through her exemplary efforts, Julia and her staff went on to sell-out the 272-unit complex within their first year. With over a decade of solid experience in real estate sales, residential development and property management, Julia applies her highly qualified expertise to oversee the property management operations at Lakewood Ranch Main Street.
