Anthony Homer

Anthony Homer is a Commercial Real Estate Associate for Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty, a subsidiary of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc. He specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions in Sarasota and Manatee counties with a focus on the Lakewood Ranch community. In addition to solid commercial real estate knowledge and experience, Anthony’s background includes the management of over half a million square feet of office and retail space in Lakewood Ranch and downtown Sarasota. He has served as a tenant representative to several national and global companies and has represented a broad range of clientele that includes start-up retailers and Fortune 500 companies with multi-billion dollar portfolios.

Anthony graduated from Liberty University in 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Marketing. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, is a member of SAR’s Commercial Investment Division, and is the Founder and Past-President of the Sarasota Young Realtors Association. His honors include the Florida Realtors’ Newcomer Award in 2009. Anthony’s high degree of community involvement gives him a unique perspective and insight into the local commercial real estate market, enabling him to assist in fulfilling a broad range of commercial real estate requirements.
