Situated on the northern border of Lakewood Ranch, the Commerce Park is located at SR 64 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and extends south to SR 70. Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, a north-south thoroughfare, runs through the length of the park and is accessible from three highway interchanges.

The Commerce Park encompasses an impressive 900 acres and incorporates sparkling lakes, natural preserves and protected wetlands. This mixed-use park includes several opportunities for flex/light industrial space, office, medical, retail opportunities and more. The Commerce Park is home to over 200 area businesses, including one of the fastest growing medical schools in the country, the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM).
