Lorraine Corners

Lorraine Corners is the newest Lakewood Ranch Commercial Park currently under phased construction. Located on the four corners of Lorraine Road and SR 70, Lorraine Corners is a mixed-use development which will include retail, office space, restaurants and more.

Lorraine Corners NW includes an 18,000 SF retail center situated along side the existing Chevron gas station. Retailers include Dunkin' Donuts and The Huntington Learning Center.  Additional possibilites for the site include an Italian Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, and a bakery. 

Lorraine Corners extends to the SE corner of Lorraine and SR 70, with the development of Greenbrook Plaza., which includes the Goddard School.  An additional 18,000 SF future retail center, major restaurant, and a 10,000 SF office or medical building are also planned for the plaza.

The SW corner at Lorraine features a Walgreens, additional office, and retail.

The NE corner includes the U.S. Post Office, which opened for business in September, 2008.  Opportunities for all sites are still available.
